Tuneagers.com ("Tuneagers," "we," "our" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy. This privacy policy explains our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and security of certain personal data that we receive, with a focus on personal data that would be considered "personal data" within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). Tuneagers.com provides educational products and services for children and adults, including:
- Tuneagers Music Lessons -- live and virtual music lessons designed for children (5-17 years old) and adults; and
- Tuneagers Communities -- online, communities hosted on the Band.us App, designed for social collaboration between children ages 12 to 17 (Tuneagers - Teen) and adults ages 18+ (Tuneagers).
The website https://www.Tuneagers.com (the "Site"), together with the Tuneagers - Teen and Tuneagers Communities, and all other related services, features, functions, software, applications and websites provided by Tuneagers are collectively referred to as the "Tuneagers Services."
For the purposes of the GDPR, Tuneagers is considered the personal data controller. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we use the personal data that we hold.
The GDPR applies to you if you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (an "EEA Individual").
Please note that by creating an account for Tuneagers, applying for your child to participate in Tuneagers Music Lessons or Tuneagers - Teen, or visiting or using the Site and the other Tuneagers Services, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy and our COPPA Policy (as modified, the "COPPA Policy"), subject to any rights or restrictions that might apply under the GDPR if you are an EEA Individual, including the rights described in the European Privacy Rights for EEA Individuals provisions below. Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Tuneagers Services (as modified, the "Terms"). Capitalized terms that are not defined in this privacy policy shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
This policy describes the types of personal data we may collect from you or that you may provide when you create an account for Tuneagers, apply as an adult or for your child to participate in Tuneagers Music Lessons, or use Tuneagers - Teen or Tuneagers (Communities), or you access or use the Site, the other Tuneagers Services or any of the other features, functions, services, and products, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that personal data.
This policy applies to personal data we collect or may collect:
- In accessing and using the Site.
- In creating an account for and using Tuneagers Music Lessons, or Tuneagers - Teen & Tuneagers (Communities).
- In participating in Tuneagers Music Lessons, or Tuneagers - Teen & Tuneagers (Communities).
- In accessing and using the other Tuenagers Services.
- In e-mail, text and other electronic messages sent through or use of the Site and the other Tuneagers Services.
- Through services provided to us or to you by third-party companies, agents or contractors.
It does not apply to personal data collected by:
- Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Tuneagers or any third party; or
- Any third party.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your only choice is not to use any of the Tuneagers Services. By creating an account for Tuneagers.com or accessing or using any of the other Synthesis Services, you agree to this privacy policy and the COPPA Policy. Minors under the Age of 13
Tuneagers Music Lessons are designed for children ages 5 to 17 and adults ages 18+. The communities: Tuneagers - Teen are designed for children ages 12 to 17 and Tuneagers for adults ages 18+. No one under age 18 may create an account or apply directly; a parent or legal guardian must do so on the child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 except as provided in the COPPA Policy.
If you are under 13:
- you must provide your parent's or legal guardian's (collectively, "parents") email address or other contact information from which Tuneagers may obtain your parent's consent or enable your parent to create an account or apply on your behalf; and
- do not provide any personal data or other information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or username you may use.
If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a minor under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that personal data. If you believe that we might have any personal data from or about a child under 13, please contact us through the form located under "Contact" at www.Tuneagers.com
COPPA
Protecting the privacy of our students is extremely important to us. Tuneagers complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (as amended, "COPPA"), which applies to the personal data and other information that we knowingly collect from or about children under 13. NO MINOR UNDER 18 WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE TUNAGERS SERVICES WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT.
